What happened
When logged in as a non-admin user, I visited the Models page and clicked on "Sync Models". The system offered to delete a bunch of orphaned models and I allowed it to do so.
What you expected to happen
Only the Administrator should be able to synchronize models. The sync button should be hidden when a non-admin user is logged in. In addition, the synchronize endpoint should require an Administrator login in multiuser mode.
