Hi there, I'm Luis Fábregas-Ibáñez

A biomedical scientific software engineer, and here is where all of my code is stored.

  • I’m currently working on the development of research and biomedical software (mainly on Python) using open-source standards such as FHIR.
  • I’m currently learning integration framework development

  • Onconova: An open-source data platform aiming to enable reliable, standardized, and structured data collection and analysis in precision oncology.
  • DeerLab : A modelling and data analysis package based on Python, specialized for the analysis of dipolar electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy.
