V4: Style Markdown Headlines as such

I make heavy use of Markdown in my Task description including headlines.
Right now MR4 renders headlines like any other text.
It would be great to have it at least rendered with as bold text.
But ideally in a larger size/different padding as well.
I don't hink its a good idea to render different headline sizes, but any Markdown headline h1-h5 could IMO be styled the same way.
