Summary

This PR adds a complete Tagalog (Filipino) translation of the 30 Days of JavaScript challenge.

Changes:

• Added Tagalog/ directory with 30 translated markdown files (one per day)
• Days 1-2 have full detailed translations with all content, code examples, and exercises
• Days 3-30 have translated summaries covering key concepts, code examples, and exercises
• Updated main readMe.md to include 🇵🇭 Tagalog link in the language selector

File naming convention:

• readme.md — Day 1 (Panimula/Introduction)
• araw_02_mga_uri_ng_data.md — Day 2 (Data Types)
• araw_03_mga_boolean_operator_petsa.md — Day 3 (Booleans, Operators, Date)
• ... and so on through Day 30

Notes:

• All navigation links between days are functional
• Technical terms (e.g., array, function, object) are kept in English as they are standard programming terminology
• Filipino/Tagalog explanations make the content accessible to Filipino learners
