- Drop old config file formats.
- Add tool to migrate old config files to the newer format.
Improved integration tests as well around config import.
The first version of the import tool is minimal but complete.
It was in the wrong place. It's now covered by the integration tests.
Fixed a few places where YAML was still referenced as well.
