FW1.17.0 - T1000-E timeout bluetooth connection

After upgrade to 1.17.0 companion firmware on T1000-E connection to node loss. try to remove pairing on phone, app viewed device paired and show timeout to connect.

downgrade to 1.16 not working without factory reset

1. reboot t1000, node receive messages from mesh.
2. try connect to node, node freeze

tried to reflash
with erase https://github.com/meshcore-dev/nRF52-Flash-Format/releases/download/v1.1/FLASH_ERASE_nrf52_softdevice_v7.uf2

after erase and again flashing 1.17.0. restore keys from backup. t1000 works again.
