Hi,

I made a few improvements to the project:

Typos fixed:

  • README & scripts: "resistence" → "resistance"
  • README: "referes" → "refers"
  • README: "mult-FASTA" → "multi-FASTA"
  • probiopred.py: "succeded" → "succeeded"
  • README: performance image link (master → main branch)

New files:

  • .gitignore – exclude build/, *.egg-info, pycache, etc.
  • pyproject.toml – modern packaging metadata (Python 3.8+, relaxed deps)
  • CONTRIBUTING.md – guide for contributors

All changes are cosmetic and don't affect the core logic.

Hi,

I made a few improvements to the project:

Typos fixed:

  • README & scripts: "resistence" → "resistance"
  • README: "referes" → "refers"
  • README: "mult-FASTA" → "multi-FASTA"
  • probiopred.py: "succeded" → "succeeded"
  • README: performance image link (master → main branch)

New files:

  • .gitignore – exclude build/, *.egg-info, pycache, etc.
  • pyproject.toml – modern packaging metadata (Python 3.8+, relaxed deps)
  • CONTRIBUTING.md – guide for contributors

All changes are cosmetic and don't affect the core logic.
