What did you do?

If you want to access the pseudo mirBASE dat file you need to enter the mining subdirectory inside the output folder.

Expected behavior

The final pseudo mirBASE dat file (final_mirbase_pseudofile.dat) should be copied into the root output folder to allow easy access

Actual behavior

Just put a copy into the base/root output folder.

What version of [Perl and microPIECE | Docker image and Docker] are you using?
