Summary of the pull request
Updates .editorconfig rules to match new naming rules in from microsoft/devhome#3215.
Updates widget/telemetry code to follow rules. More changes will come in separate change(s) to keep this one less huge.
Adds some words to the dictionary and fixed spelling.
Validation steps performed
Built and ran locally, tested all widgets.
