Also fixes a crash in binder when checking spreads in object literals in strict mode.
I may wait to merge this until after Ron Buckton (@rbuckton) finishes the refactoring of verifyHelperSymbol and surroundings. Mohamed Hegazy (@mhegazy) you requested this so you may want to take a look too.
