no, since AFAIR maybeTypeOfKind(type, ~TypeFlags.Nullable) will return true for union or intersection type that consist of non-nullable type and nullable type and this is not what we want.

no, since AFAIR maybeTypeOfKind(type, ~TypeFlags.Nullable) will return true for union or intersection type that consist of non-nullable type and nullable type and this is not what we want.
