This PR adds plain HTTP/1 forwarding to the standalone proxy, including absolute-to-origin request rewriting, canonical Host forwarding, hop-by-hop and framing validation, per-request upstream connections, bounded body streaming, and hermetic loopback coverage.

This PR adds plain HTTP/1 forwarding to the standalone proxy, including absolute-to-origin request rewriting, canonical Host forwarding, hop-by-hop and framing validation, per-request upstream connections, bounded body streaming, and hermetic loopback coverage.
