Handle NtOpenThreadToken no-token path

Implement the observed NtOpenThreadToken startup boundary with host-probed pointer-before-handle precedence and STATUS_NO_TOKEN for non-impersonating current threads. Add guest-edge coverage and Windows host-fidelity tests for the probed matrix.

Add the Ex coherence sibling for NtOpenThreadToken with independent ABI decode and shared pointer-before-handle NO_TOKEN handling. Keep token-open tests out because the sandbox has no real thread token subsystem to exercise.

Handle NtOpenThreadToken no-token path

Implement the observed NtOpenThreadToken startup boundary with host-probed pointer-before-handle precedence and STATUS_NO_TOKEN for non-impersonating current threads. Add guest-edge coverage and Windows host-fidelity tests for the probed matrix.

Handle NtOpenThreadTokenEx no-token path

Add the Ex coherence sibling for NtOpenThreadToken with independent ABI decode and shared pointer-before-handle NO_TOKEN handling. Keep token-open tests out because the sandbox has no real thread token subsystem to exercise.
