[Mobile] App crashing on some Android 16 devices

Describe the issue

Devices:

1. OnePlus OP611FL1: 73.5% URD (Users of the respective device), 62.5% TE (of total events)
2. HONOR HNBKQ: 10.2% URD, 9.3% TE
3. OnePlus OP612DL1: 6.1% URD, 7.7% TE
4. iQOO I2501: 4.1% URD, 14.1% TE
5. motorola vantage: 2% URD, 4.4% TE
6. POCO myron: 2% URD, 1.2% TE
7. REDMAGIC NX809J: 2% URD, 0.8% TE

All have same SoC: QTI SM8850
All have same Android version, Android 16.

We cannot provide the exact reproduction steps but running the model on these devices

Try the latest release (or 1.22), there was an issue with instruction set detection in the last release which caused it to emit instructions that won't run on some ARM chips.

We had released a patch with v1.24.1 of onnx on the same day we created this issue (just in case v1.24.1 didn't fix the crash). Will update once we get a good amount of users tested on the latest version.

Jasjeet Singh (@07jasjeet) - Thanks for raising the issue. Please let us know if this continues with 1.24.1. As Adam Pocock (@Craigacp) indicated above, there were some issues with SME detection and handling in devices that didn't support SME in 1.23.2. We fixed all known issues in 1.24. So, hopefully this should go away in 1.24. Let us know if it doesn't.
