So the "Security Documentation" contains dead links, whose files were removed from a PR #15370 which contained AI generated and outdated docs, and also intefered with the linting issue #15508
Resolves#15455 and #15508

The entire "Security Documentation" section and it's contents were removed from the main README.md file
