Switching ai model endpoints doesnt remove previous list of models but adds to it

Ran into the same issue with 4.1

Resolved in SimpleChat v0.250.001+.

The legacy endpoint/model list behavior has been superseded by multi-endpoint model management, where endpoints own their model lists and the UI resolves model selections from the selected endpoint context.

Closing this as completed. Please reopen or file a focused follow-up if switching endpoints still leaves stale models visible in the current model endpoint UI.
