Steps to reproduce

  • Create a new project.json based test project that targets both net46 and netcoreapp1.0
  • dotnet build the project

It reproduces on running build.cmd in vstest repository.

Expected behavior

No warnings.

Actual behavior

A testproject.nuget.targets is created with following text:
