Brief description of your issue

Cannot build all the projects

Steps to reproduce

1- Clone the repo
2- Open the solution in Visual Studio
3- Build for Release/x64

Expected behavior

All the projects should be built.

Actual behavior

                              Cannot build all the projects
                              Steps to reproduce
                              1- Clone the repo
                              
2- Open the solution in Visual Studio
                              
3- Build for Release/x64
                              Expected behavior
                              All the projects should be built.
