project-memory 0.4.0 (minor — the breaking rename rides the 0.x rule)

• Entry format: every entry opens with an H1 and carries a one-line description:; the index line is a projection of the two (the entry wins on drift); the plugin's own frontmatter fields stay top-level, with a tolerance clause for keys other tools wrote.
• The live index renames INDEX.md → MEMORY.md (both parts; ARCHIVE.md stays). The core rule detects pre-rename stores and keeps reading them; the conventions rule offers a one-time rename.
• Hybrid store (opt-in): the new redirect-memory skill points Claude Code's Auto-memory at .claude/memory/ (autoMemoryDirectory in .claude/settings.local.json, always the current environment's realpath); the core rule deduplicates index loading and reports redirect divergence. Entries Auto-memory writes are ordinary notes — a missing H1 is format debt the review session pays down. ADR 0003 records the decision.
• memory-review-session: first-class walk scoping (the audit stays whole-part); re-sections harness-appended index lines. migrate-memory: path-qualified store names, hybrid no-op detection.
• README: Hybrid store section, updated layout, optional elements-of-style companion note.

working-process 0.13.0 (minor)

• Store probes test the Project-memory part directories instead of the index filename; the registry-file enumerations delegate their list to the project-memory conventions rule.
• workflow: prose artifacts under docs/ route through elements-of-style:writing-clearly-and-concisely when the skill is available.
• spec-plan-lifecycle: a Project memory review is offered when a document reaches implemented; the commit suggestion fires only at the implementation-ready gate.
• README: optional elements-of-style companion note.

python-standards 0.3.1, salesforce-standards 0.3.1 (patch)

• The code-review skills' store-probe restatements test the part directories, matching the updated review-reports contract. Behavior-compatible for every store the plugin ever created.
