This is because trigger technologies are not wanted in SB however hiding that technology breaks all subsequent technologies added by other mods which have said tech as a prerequisite.

Yes and no. It does address it for the specific technologies bob-electronics and automation-science-pack but not for all possible techs which require electronics. I would much rather set bob-electronics to be electronics (from basegame) or something similar. This is better for compatibility since more techs depend on the base game technologies rather than modded technologies.
The other option would be to dynamically move all dependencies during data-final-fixes. But that only works if SB is loaded last. Not really sure how to address this, still need to think about it more.

Thanks for the report. I opened a focused PR against the SeaBlock dev branch for the hidden electronics prerequisite cleanup:

What the PR changes:

• Replaces remaining hidden electronics prerequisites with the visible Bob Electronics prerequisite chain where applicable.
• Keeps the cleanup in SeaBlock's final tech-tree adjustment stage, after dependency technologies have loaded.

Methodology:

• I started from this issue, then scanned the current dev technology graph for prerequisites still pointing at hidden electronics.
• I kept this separate from the copper-wire shortcut fix because that is a different user-visible unlock path.

Validation:

• The branch was included in a local aggregate validation stack that passed Factorio headless map creation with Quality and Elevated Rails enabled.
• Smoke coverage included minimal SeaBlock, Bob Power, and Bob Enemies + Bob Greenhouse loadouts.

The branch remains focused on hidden electronics prerequisites. It rewrites remaining hidden electronics prerequisites to bob-electronics when needed, and removes duplicate hidden prerequisites when the technology already depends on the visible Bob Electronics path.
