Expected Behavior

SEP-414 Support, i.e. filling the _meta field with OpenTelemetry trace context.

Current Behavior

Not implemented, fully missing. No tracing support when doing MCP calls.

Context

Tracing on MCP tools does not work. Unsure if this has never been implemented deliberately, or not.
