Reverts #1373

Seems like a bug in the Java Client. Potentially FastMCP (Python SDK) is hiding the issue somewhat by returning content type headers for notifications (empty body).

Reverts #1373
Seems like a bug in the Java Client. Potentially FastMCP (Python SDK) is hiding the issue somewhat by returning content type headers for notifications (empty body).
