Change Summary

fix(agent_hub): BUG-0828 hermes bundled-skill filter, openhuman live-workspace pick, provenance drop

  • filter hermes app-native skills by metadata.hermes.tags (they seed
    outside .bundled_manifest); bare hermes key / hermes.config stays
  • resolve the LIVE openhuman users//workspace by liveness score
    instead of sorted-first; probe one level above the .openhuman root
  • drop openhuman per-skill provenance sidecars (_meta.json/metadata.json)
    on cross-framework convert; same-framework sync keeps them

Checklist
