Summary

  • Prefer bl skill init after npm install, with npx skills add only as a Node-available fallback when init fails
  • Instruct agents to tell users how to switch CLI language and to share the Quick Start capability tips after a successful install
  • Document skill-init failure recovery in the FAQ
