Summary

  • Replace bilingual table headers, footers, and status labels with English-only text output in quota, usage, and workspace commands.
  • Translate --help examples and prompts across app, memory, media, search, MCP, and omni commands, plus welcome-banner quick-start tasks.
  • Update bailian-cli SKILL.md, issue-reporting guidance, and generated reference/ docs to stay aligned with the English command examples.
  • Adjust quota and usage-stats e2e assertions for the new text output.

CosyVoice system voice catalog (--list-voices) and bl advisor output are intentionally unchanged.

Test plan

  • pnpm exec vp test packages/cli/tests/e2e/quota.e2e.test.ts packages/cli/tests/e2e/usage-stats.e2e.test.ts -t "help|period 0" (help-only cases pass)
  • pnpm exec vp test packages/cli/tests/e2e/quota.e2e.test.ts packages/cli/tests/e2e/usage-stats.e2e.test.ts (Console e2e; requires access token)
  • Spot-check bl --help, bl quota list, bl usage stats, and bl workspace list text output

Summary
  • Replace bilingual table headers, footers, and status labels with English-only text output in quota, usage, and workspace commands.
  • Translate --help examples and prompts across app, memory, media, search, MCP, and omni commands, plus welcome-banner quick-start tasks.
  • Update bailian-cli SKILL.md, issue-reporting guidance, and generated reference/ docs to stay aligned with the English command examples.
  • Adjust quota and usage-stats e2e assertions for the new text output.
CosyVoice system voice catalog (--list-voices) and bl advisor output are intentionally unchanged.
Test plan
