Summary

  • Remove the duplicate About / Version row from the app settings page.
  • Keep the Updates section as the single settings-page place that shows the current app version and update progress.

Why

The app settings page already shows the current version in the Updates section. Showing the same version again under About made the settings page feel redundant, especially during an active update flow.

Validation

  • git diff --check
  • bunx eslint src/renderer/pages/settings/AppSettingsPage.tsx (passes with an existing react-hooks/exhaustive-deps warning on loadSettings)
  • bunx vite build --outDir /tmp/openwork-renderer-build-codex --emptyOutDir
