What to build

A code list of certificate kinds, so a consumer can name a certificate by code instead of by the wording a document happens to print. EN 10204 defines a closed set of inspection document kinds; further kinds such as certificates of origin can be added later without changing consumers.

Acceptance criteria

• A static certificate-kind model with translations, following the pattern of the existing code lists
• The list ships as data and is loaded by the import command
• German, Czech and English labels for every entry
• Each entry carries a stable code that consumers can reference
• The list is documented in the package README
