I'm a Research Scientist in CSIRO Mineral Resources' Geoscience Analytics team. I work on leveraging large geochemical datasets with data science approaches and machine learning, and also on a range of projects around geospatial and spectral analytics.   A tool for loading TSG datasets into Xarray data formats, and conversion to open indexable and cloud-native file formats.

  A pyrolite extension for working with alphaMELTS and its outputs.

  Predicting isobaric interferences for geological mass spectrometry.

  2D coordinate transforms between analytical instrument stages and sample images.
