Documentation for running in a VPC #539

There isn't any documentation on how to deploy the lambda within a VPC. I see AWS_VPC_SUBNETS and AWS_VPC_SECURITY_GROUPS but what goes in those? Name, ID, ARN? Also what format is used for arrays? Is it CSV?
