What is this?

Most programming languages inherit a silent assumption: that computation is expressed in English.

Keywords like if, while, for, print are treated as universal — yet they are rooted in a specific linguistic and cultural context.

Multilingual Programming challenges this default.

It is a programming paradigm and experimental language ecosystem where code can be written in any human language, using native words, scripts, and expressions — without changing the underlying computational semantics.

Write algorithms in French, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic… The logic remains identical. Only the expression changes.

Code adapts to the programmer — not the other way around.

Programming is often described as universal — but in practice, it is linguistically constrained.

Multilingual programming explores a different idea:

  • 🧠 Cognitive alignment — write code in the language you think in
