- Fix xmlsec Windows build to follow upstream 1.3.10 docs: configure.js, nmake, nmake install - Add prefix=dist\xmlsec and cruntime=/MD to the xmlsec configure step - Stop invoking the internal nmake xmlseca target directly - Publish XMLSEC_LIB and XMLSEC_INC from the installed dist\xmlsec tree instead of xmlsec\win32\binaries - Replace Start-Process in the xmlsec step with direct commands and explicit $LASTEXITCODE checks so failures stop the job
