Real-time transit app for GTFS + GTFS-RT data

GTFS publisher: raw GTFS Schedule zips + sqlite blobs (with per-feed extensions injected) + GTFS-RT protobuf feeds. Driven by per-feed adapter packages in n3ary/gtfs-adapters.

Per-feed GTFS adapters (static + RT) for the n3ary family. Holds all per-feed knowledge — CSV format quirks, source reconciliation, color resolution, RT recovery. The generic n3ary/gtfs repo stays feed-agnostic.

Org-level GitHub App + Cloudflare Worker. Bumps package.json#version on main after every merged PR using CalVer (YY.M.D-N) in Europe/Bucharest timezone. Installed on the n3ary org.
