doc: remove deprecated nearup references

Remove all references to the deprecated nearup tool across node documentation.

• Delete 4 nearup-specific guides: RPC with nearup, archival with nearup, validator node on Linux/macOS, and validator node on Windows
• Rename "without-nearup" docs to clean names (run-rpc-node.md, run-archival-node.md) and update their IDs/links
• Clean up validator-bootcamp.md: remove NearUp install/usage sections, nearup log commands, and nearup references in troubleshooting
