can not move card to empty stack

Steps to reproduce

1. create some stacks
2. add cards to ONE stack
3. try to move one card to an empty stack

Expected behaviour

move to the destination location

Actual behaviour

Does not move, jumps back to the original location
on desktop and android
missing space with dotted line to palac the card
