[Bug]: Unable to rename files on S3 - regression in the last release

Bug description

Stock new setup, nothing unusual, empty bucket. Trying to create md file and then rename it - getting error:

Declaration of Aws\Multipart\AbstractUploadManager::promise() must be compatible with GuzzleHttp\Promise\PromisorInterface::promise(): GuzzleHttp\Promise\PromiseInterface at /var/www/html/3rdparty/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/Multipart/AbstractUploadManager.php#91
