This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getEncryptionManagerand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\Encryption\IManager::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
\OCP\Encryption\IManagerclass is imported via theusedirective.
