This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getJobListand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\BackgroundJob\IJobList::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
\OCP\BackgroundJob\IJobListclass is imported via theusedirective.
