Documentation companion to nfstream/nfstream#248, which exposes the IP DS field byte (IPv4 ToS / IPv6 Traffic Class — DSCP + ECN) to NFPlugins as packet.ip_tos.

Adds the ip_tos row to the NFPacket attribute table in docs/api.md, placed after ip_version to match the NFPacket namedtuple field order.

Should be merged together with (or after) the feature PR.
