AI-First Systems Architect with 25+ years in software engineering. I used to write code. Now I make AI think.

My focus today is designing agent ecosystems (A2A orchestration), embedding AI-first practices into an Agentic SDLC, and pushing teams toward hyper-efficiency — measuring leverage, not lines of code. I architect the system, the agents implement it.

Background built on Python, Node, TypeScript, React, React Native, Next.js, and the broader ecosystem. Strong opinions on Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and shipping quality at speed.
