A TI CC2531 USB Dongle, flashed with firmware/CC2531ZNP-Pro-Secure_Standard.hex

DEBUG=* node tests/list-devices.js

NOTE: Currently having issues with the CC2531 firmware, the firmware for the CC2530 is working fine.
