Is there a reason the `get_to` method is defined in `include/nlohmann/json.hpp` but not in `single_include/nlohmann/json.hpp`?

This isn't a technical issue, I've just been using the single_include version and am currently writing some serializable classes, so I was wondering why the get_to method is defined in include/nlohmann/json.hpp and not single_include/nlohmann/json.hpp.

Oh, I see. I have an outdated version and couldn't find it using git's find functionality. Never mind!
