Add i18n contributors as collaborators.

We should add the following people to the website repo as collaborators for their great work on translations.

Some of the translations were squashed and I can only see one name for them. If the language communities want to let us know about any other people who should get commit access here in order to merge translation PR's let me know. I'll be adding everyone on this list tomorrow unless you object.

I would add to this list @bnb not necessarily for i18n but for contributing so much.

@therebelrobot ya, maybe we should start another thread for that just so that we make the expectations clearer? We can probably add a few other people too after having been through the commits.

I feel deeply honored but I can not take the credit for ES translation, it was a group effort (a great group), I just did the PR .. we are an organization https://github.com/iojs-es ...

@edsadr It's more so that there is someone in each localization group that can handle/merge their own i18n PRs, since the WG doesn't normally understand the back and forth of the language fixes. If you aren't comfortable with being added in that capacity, is there someone in your localization group that is?

@mikeal is there a way to set localization representatives up as a separate group in the org? Most of the messages to @iojs/website may not be pertinent to them at all. maybe @iojs/localization? From what I know you can give push rights to two different groups.

Then, if there is a major content update, we can message @iojs/localization and the reps will be notified for their localization.
