Renames project to iojs.org (or, simply, website?)

There have been a few +1 for this idea in other threads, especially now that the site isn't hosted on GitHub pages. We might as well break away from that (where is it hosted) confusion sooner than later, and before we start linking to this repo from more public places.

+1 for website. This name is just legacy from when it was on gh-pages but now it's actually deployed to some static file serving so that we have SSL.

I think the one thing we need to sync up with this would be a https://github.com/iojs/build change?

Hey @rvagg, how is this site getting pulled in to the static server and how easy is it to change out the name of the repo?

@reqshark @mikeal I know what to change and think I can prep the PR no problem. Just a matter of timing it all correctly (and testing it.)

Tweaks would be required to https://github.com/iojs/build/tree/master/setup/www to just point at the new repo path.
