I'd like to propose these adjustments to the feature list.

I've gone ahead now and categorized these features into Baseline Implementation, Browser Interop, CommonJS Interop, Node.js Utility Features, Loader Features, Tooling Features, and WASM Features. Hopefully this helps to get some overview for prioritising and understanding the reach of this group.
