Wait for buffer space after drop-newest discards an upstream result. This keeps one consumer pull from draining the source or looping indefinitely while a slower consumer keeps the buffer full.

Wait for buffer space after drop-newest discards an upstream result.
This keeps one consumer pull from draining the source or looping
indefinitely while a slower consumer keeps the buffer full.
