process._linkedBinding() did not enforce the Addon permission check used by process.dlopen(). Apply the same permission check before resolving a linked binding, including after process.permission.drop('addon').

process._linkedBinding() did not enforce the Addon permission check used by process.dlopen(). Apply the same permission check before resolving a linked binding, including after process.permission.drop('addon').

process._linkedBinding() did not enforce the Addon permission check used by process.dlopen(). Apply the same permission check before resolving a linked binding, including after process.permission.drop('addon').
