Theme Is Missing BUILTINS for Python (and maybe other languages)

noticed when I was editing a file that my True and False keywords weren't highlighting

Did some investigation and found that there wasn't any way to change the settings for the builtings.

I think orange might be a nice color for it, but that's up to your discretion. Wrote this fix for mine:
