A lot of the behavior described in this document is affected by the config settings described in npm-config.

It could fix the link issues in https://docs.npmjs.com/files/package.json

A lot of the behavior described in this document is affected by the config settings described in npm-config.

Similar with #94, #92.

The page at https://docs.npmjs.com/cli/publish is also affected, showing HTML to end-users instead of a hyperlink:

Similar to --dry-run see <a href="/cli/pack">npm-pack</a>, which figures out the files to be included and packs them into a tarball to be uploaded to the registry.

We've fixed these separately, so these patches are no longer needed.
