Info tooltip don't work on mobile

e.g. the one next to package size or outdated peer dependency - you can't tap them, you can't hover your finger on them, you just can't seem to be able to activate them at all.

For reference this is the tooltip for the install size

I'm not even sure the tooltip is necessary here as all the information is already in the UI.

The tooltip reads e.g. "167.6 kB unpacked size (this package)" but that information is there without the tooltip.

Given the tooltip is also aria-hidden, perhaps it's extraneous information and can be removed.

The outdated deps tooltips are also aria-hidden, so I have the same thoughts about those, although there is an sr-only element for screen readers that states e.g. "(1 minor version behind (latest: 4.3.6))"

So it looks like a better clickable tooltip implementation is needed for mobile devices.
