chore: use built-in vue-data-ui pattern component

resolves#2358

• Bump vue-data-ui to 3.17.3 (release notes)
• Use built-in seeded pattern component with more diverse patterns for numerous datasets in the charts of the compare page:
  • facet bar charts
  • sparkline charts: add patterns to legend markers, and slightly increase their size for readability
• Centralise pattern configuration constants for patterns to be consistent on future charts
• Remove now unused code for the previous pattern implementation and their tests
